Depending on your requirements and in accordance with the QEAN principle [Question Everything and Assume Nothing] we can assist with:
- Risk Assessment
- Provide contextual analysis
- Facilitate an ‘actor mapping’ exercise
- Achieve buy-in through agreement of stakeholders on ‘problem identification’
- Achieve consensus on ‘solution identification’.
- Focus precious management attention and resources on the highest priority problems first
- Draw on our own experience to shape the most logical ‘solutions’ in accordance with the principles of conflict sensitive programming and in accordance with your organisational mandate and values.
- Assist managers to draw up and communicate a logical implementation plan of any agreed measures.
Depending on the availability of your RM4HD consultant, (s)he may be retained for longer periods in order to assist in the implementation of; training, recruitment of the right people, stakeholder management and/or procurement.
